I qualified in 2002 in VTCT Complementary Therapies, a government approved qualification and was awarded Student of the Year at the end of the course. (I was, and still am, very proud of this). I have since increased my qualifications with advanced training and study which I am required to do each year by my insurance company. I am a Member of the Institute of Complementary Health Therapists (MICHT) and also the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
I am self-employed and I work from my home based treatment room. I work alongside a Physiotherapist, a Sports Injury Therapist/Personal Trainer, and an Acupuncturist. This working arrangement is of huge benefit to our clients as we have the ability to assess and refer to another therapist quickly. I also have an excellent relationship with a local podiatry clinic in Enfield, Supple feet, should any of my clients need expert help in this field too.
